Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FX Fitness LLC ("FX Fitness", "we", "us"), which operates Aroway at aroway.app. They cover your use of Aroway, including the AI coach, the daily check-in form, the website and your membership. Plain English, no tricks. Please read them, especially the parts about medical care, billing and liability.
The short version
- Aroway is an AI coach for nutrition, hydration, training and accountability. There is no human coach, and no one monitors your chats or check-ins.
- Aroway is not medical care or medical advice. We never prescribe, recommend or adjust medications, peptides, hormones or doses, and we don't interpret lab results.
- In an emergency, call 911. If you're thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988.
- Founders reserve for $0 today. Billing of $51/month begins when the Aroway member app launches (planned for about November 15, 2026) and continues monthly until you cancel. Cancel before billing begins and you're never charged. Your rate is locked while your membership stays active.
- Cancel anytime from your billing page. You can also pause for up to 1 month every 12 months.
- You must be 18 or older and in the United States.

1. Accepting these Terms
By reserving a founders spot, creating a membership, paying for Aroway, or using the coach or the check-in form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Aroway.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to use Aroway. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of an eating disorder, have kidney disease, or have any other medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before using Aroway and follow their guidance. In those cases the coach will ask you to get your targets from your provider and will stick to general habits.
3. What Aroway is
Aroway gives you an AI nutrition, hydration, training and accountability coach and a short daily check-in form. The coach runs inside Google Gemini, a third-party service. It suggests daily targets (like a protein minimum, calorie floor, water and fiber), meal and food ideas, a simple strength plan, and feedback on your check-ins.
There is no human coach. Aroway's coaching is generated by AI. No one at Aroway monitors your chats or your check-ins, and the coach does not contact you, your healthcare provider or emergency services. When something looks off, the coach will tell you, and may tell you to contact your provider or call 911. Acting on that is up to you.
Features are added over time. We don't guarantee that any feature (including the member app) will be available by a particular date, and we may change, add or remove features, as long as the core service you pay for stays in place.
4. Not medical advice
Aroway provides general nutrition, fitness and accountability coaching for wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, dietitian or other licensed professional. Using Aroway does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client or any other healthcare relationship. The coach is a "nutrition coach", not a dietitian or nutritionist.
We never prescribe, recommend, time or adjust medications, peptides, hormones (including TRT and HRT) or doses, and we don't read or interpret lab results. Keep following your healthcare provider's instructions, and talk to them before changing your diet, exercise or anything about your medication.
5. AI can be wrong. Use your judgment.
The coach is AI. It can misunderstand you, make mistakes, give incomplete or out-of-date information, or estimate food and nutrition numbers incorrectly. Check anything important, use your own judgment, and don't rely on the coach as your only source of information about your health.
- If you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, short of breath, or have chest pain or any other worrying symptom, stop exercising and get medical help.
- Severe or ongoing belly pain, vomiting you can't stop, being unable to keep fluids down, or signs of dehydration need a provider right away.
- Emergencies: call 911. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Aroway is not an emergency service.
6. Your health, your choices (assumption of risk)
Exercise and changes to how you eat and drink carry risks, including injury, illness and, in rare cases, more serious harm. You choose whether and how to follow any suggestion from Aroway. You agree that you take part voluntarily, that you are responsible for checking with your healthcare provider that an activity or change is right for you, and that you accept the risks of the activities and changes you choose, to the extent the law allows.
7. Billing, auto-renewal and your founders rate
Aroway is a paid monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. The founders rate is $51 per month. Founders memberships start with a free trial (early access), and billing begins when the Aroway member app launches.
- Reservation, $0 today: when you reserve a founders spot, you save a payment method with Stripe. Nothing is charged that day.
- Free trial (early access): from the day you reserve until billing begins, your membership is in a free trial. During the trial you get early access to the AI coach and the daily check-in form at no charge.
- When billing begins: billing begins at the launch of the Aroway member app. Your free trial's end date is set when you sign up, to the planned launch date (about November 15, 2026), and it's shown at checkout. Your first $51 charge happens when your free trial ends.
- Cancel during the trial and you're never charged: if you cancel before your free trial ends, you won't be charged anything.
- Auto-renewal: after your free trial ends, your membership renews automatically every month on your billing date (the day your trial ended), and your payment method is charged each month until you cancel.
- Price lock: your founders rate stays at $51/month for as long as your membership stays continuously active. An approved pause counts as continuously active.
- Payment method: keep a valid card on file. You can update it anytime from your billing page. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it, and we may pause or end your access if it stays unpaid.
- By reserving, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method $51 when your free trial ends and each month after that until you cancel.
8. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us at aroway.coach@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll look into it and correct any billing error.
9. Cancelling and pausing
Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your billing page at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all, and your early access runs until the end of the trial. Your founders rate ends when your membership ends. If you rejoin later, you'll pay the price in effect when you rejoin.
Pause instead. You can pause your membership for up to 1 month in any 12-month period by emailing aroway.coach@gmail.com. You won't be charged during the pause, and your founders rate is kept: a pause counts as continuously active. Billing restarts automatically when the pause ends. A pause longer than 1 month is treated as a cancellation, unless we agree otherwise in writing (email counts).
10. Using Aroway the right way
Your membership is for you only. You agree not to:
- share, sell or publish your coach link, your Aroway ID or your account, or let someone else use your membership;
- use Aroway for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, or to harass anyone;
- try to break, overload, copy, scrape or reverse-engineer Aroway, or get around any limits or security;
- try to get the coach to give medication, dose or other medical advice, or misuse it in ways that break these Terms or Google's rules for Gemini;
- give false information about your age, location or identity.
You're responsible for keeping your Google account and billing login secure.
11. Our content and yours
Aroway, including its name, logo, website, coaching method, instructions, playbook, check-in form and other materials, belongs to FX Fitness LLC and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it for your own coaching while you're a member. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it.
You keep ownership of what you share with us, like your check-ins. You give us permission to use it to run and improve Aroway, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
12. Third-party services
Aroway relies on services run by other companies, including Google Gemini (the coach), Google Forms and Google Sheets (check-ins), Stripe (payments and billing) and Netlify (website hosting). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, including Google's. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, changes, errors or practices. If a provider changes or stops a service (for example, if Google changes how custom Gemini tools work), we may move the coach to a new version or platform, and we'll tell you if you need to do anything.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Aroway is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that Aroway will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that you will reach any particular result. Results vary from person to person, and we make no promise about weight, body composition, health or any other outcome.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) FX Fitness LLC and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or personal injury arising from your use of Aroway or your choices about exercise, food, drink or health; and (b) our total liability for any claim relating to Aroway or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Aroway in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and hold harmless FX Fitness LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of Aroway.
16. If we end your membership
We may suspend or end your membership if you don't pay, if you break these Terms (including by sharing your coach link or account or misusing the service), or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Where it makes sense, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end your membership because we stop offering Aroway, not because of something you did, you won't be charged again. Sections that by their nature should continue (like 4, 5, 6, 8, 11 and 13 to 19) still apply after your membership ends.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version here. For material changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or on the website before they take effect. If you keep using Aroway after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms; if you don't agree, you can cancel. Changes to these Terms will never raise your founders rate while your membership stays continuously active.
18. Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem with Aroway, please email us first at aroway.coach@gmail.com. We'll try to resolve it informally, and both of us agree to give that at least 30 days before starting any legal action. If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies, or otherwise in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
19. The rest of the fine print
- Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part will be enforced as far as the law allows.
- Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Aroway, and they replace anything said before.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment: you can't transfer your membership or these Terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
- Notices: we'll send notices to the email you joined with. You can reach us at the email below.
